How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Shipping in Canada

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Depending on where you reside, you can expect to receive your items within 5-10 days after they have been shipped. Once your order has been placed, we make every effort to have it processed and shipped as soon as possible so that you receive your package in a timely manner. Our goal is for you to have your items in hand within 10 days of you placing your order with us.

Multicultural Calendars ships orders using Canada Post and UPS to destinations all over Canada. 1-3 calendars are shipped by regular mail and are not tracked.

Please make sure while filling out the Order Form that you add the Company AND Department name, if applicable to you.
If you would prefer to pay for your order by Money Order or Cheque, please choose the Pay by Mail/Purchase Order option when completing your order through the shopping cart. Print a copy of your order and mail it, along with your cheque or money order, to:

HST (PST 13%) will be added to all Ontario orders. HST or GST will be added according to your Province. In the Form please provide us with your number at the time of ordering.

Multicultural Calendars ships orders using UPS to destinations all over the United States. All orders are tracked. Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so make sure that you give us a complete street address. We want to make sure that you get your calendars on time.

Do you ship to my country?
International orders are processed only through the USA site. Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?
MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING FROM YOUR DESIGNATED COUNTRY ORDER FORM. US customers pay in US Dollars and Canadian customers pay in Canadian dollars. International customers must order from our US site. All international orders are in US dollars. USA Online payments are processed through your Visa and MasterCard; CANADA Online are processed through Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. The only exception is orders with PO numbers from organizations or Educational Boards. Make sure you fill out the Pay by Mail/ Purchase Order option.

What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item due to damage or fault, we will be happy to arrange to send you a replacement or arrange to refund your purchase price as per our 100% money back guarantee.

Please note: Before a replacement or refund can be granted, the faulty/damaged item must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Inform us immediately and keep the packaging safely to show UPS or Canada Post, so that we can be reimbursed.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
